Ingredients
15 oz can Glory Southern Cabbage drained4 large carrots sliced1 cup coarse chopped onion1 cup chopped celery4 large potatoes peeled and Cut1 small can of corn drained15 oz can of cooked tomatoes with okra1/2 cup frozen Peas1` 15 oz. can black eyed peas 1/2 cup Bob Red Mill Vegi soup Mix2 packets of Beef or Turkey Gravy Mix...
Directions
In 8 cups of boiling water pre-cook all RAW VEGGIES and, Bob Red Mill Vegi Soup Mix.........pour all of this water & Vegetable mixture into a Hot Crock Pot....adding, all canned -or- frozen veggies....and 2 packets of Beef OR Turkey Gravy Mix..........Cook on High setting until all is cooked and all flavors have blended together....
