chicken enchilada casserole

Ingredients
1 can enchilada sauce1 can chili seasoned black beans1 can stewed tomatos 2 cups fresh baby spinach cleaned1 cup wild ricechilli powder cuminsalt pepper1 whole white onion3 cloves minced garlic2 cups water
Directions
pour water, rice, tomatoes, beans, onion, garlic in baking dish. Stir till mixed. Place spinach in and stir till lightly coated. Salt and pepper to taste ( not too much since using canned items) place chicken on top sprinkle with chili powder and cumin flip over sprinkle with cumin. Pour can of enchilada sauce over chicken, sprinkle with chili powder. Cover and bake 45 min or till chicken is cooked through and tender.
