Banana Nut Cake

Ingredients
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 whole egg1 banana250 grams cottage cheese0.5 cup oldfashioned oatmeal0.33 cup dried cranberries0.5 cup whole almonds4 scoops protein powder1 package stevia1 tsp baking soda
Directions
1. Crack the egg and peel the banana. With a blender mix them together with the cottage cheese so you get a smooth mixture.
2.Grind all of the dry ingredients together into a powder: Almonds, cranberries, rolled oats, protein powder, stevia, and baking soda.
3. Whisk the powder from the dry ingredients with the smoothie from the banana, the egg, and the cottage cheese.
4.Spread the extra virgin olive oil evenly across the non stick cookie sheet.
5.Spread the mixture evenly into the baking sheet and let it bake in a preheated oven for about 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Enjoy your dessert.
