Low Fat Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats3 Tbl of baking powder1.5 tsp salt (optional)1/2 cup brown sugar loosly packed1/3 cup egg whites1 cup skim milk3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1 tsp vanilla extract1 Tbl maple syrup1/2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray casarole oven dish with pan spray. Mix all ingredients and pour in. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
