Fish in Salsa over Rice

Ingredients
4 4oz frozen filet of fish (flounder or tilapia) thawed24 oz Jar of Mild Salsa (or try Peach/Mango Salsa)1 C White Rice (dry)Water to cook rice according to package directions.
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions. Keep Warm.
Place salsa into a large pan. Cook on low-medium heat until it starts to bubble. (about 8-10 min)
Place fish filets on top of salsa, cover pan and continue cooking about 5-6 minutes until fish is white and flakes easily.
