White Bean and Kale slow Cooker Soup

Ingredients
3 cups chicken broth1 cup water1/2 cup carrots diced1/2 cup celery diced1/2 cup onion diced.25 cup button mushrooms sliced1 can Great Norther Beans4 cups kale chopped4 cloves garlic chopped1 can diced tomatoes1 tsp Italian spice1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Throw everything but the kale into the crock pot. Let cook for 6-8 hours on low. An hour before serving toss in chopped Kale and let cook the last hour.
