Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup1 lb round steak, thinly sliced into 2-in pieces1 large onion, thinly sliced3 T. soy sauce2 c. chopped broccolisalt-to tasteblack pepper-to taste1/4 c. water
Directions
In a large skillet, heat the oil over high heat. Stir in the steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until beef is almost completely browned.

Stir in onions and saute until tender. Stir in broccoli, cream soup, water and soy sauce. Blend well.

Reduce heat and cover. Cook to desired doneness.
