Buffalo Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head of Cauliflower1 cup of Milk3/4 cup of Flour1 tsp Garlic Powder1 tb Butter3/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot Wings sauceCooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Clean & chop Cauliflower in bite size chunks. In a bowl mix together Milk, Garlic Powder & Flour. Spray Baking sheet w/ cooking spray. Dip each piece of Cauliflower into bowl allow excess to drip off then add to baking sheet. When Sheet is full spray the tops w/ cooking spray. Bake in oven for 18-20 min until edges are slightly brown. In a large bowl melt the butter then add Wing Sauce. Place all the Cauliflower in large bowl & toss it all together until each piece is coated.
