Easy Healthy Biscuits

Ingredients
Unbleached Flour 3 cups Flax Seed meal 1 teaspoon Baking Powder 2 Tablespoons Butter Whipped ( I like landolakes) 6 Tablespoons Salt 1 and 1/2 Teaspoons Milk 1 %-1/2 Cups
Directions
First combine the dry ingredients then add butter then add your wet ingredients . When you go to cook these put them in muffin tins that makes them the perfect size ! Cook for 12 minutes at 425 Degrees . Pull out and let set in the panS for 5 minutes . Then put on plate .

Serving Size: Make into 18 balls
