Ingredients
Galic, carrots, zucchini, cabbage, chard, cauliflower, broccoli, onion, red pepper, celery, thyme, veggie broth, chives and salt and pepper to taste.
Directions
Add all ingrediants in large soup pot. Cover and bring to boil over high heat; reduce heat to low and simmer, partly covered, about 10 min.
