Ingredients
2 oz lettuce, roughly torn, about 2 cups1 ounce tomato, chopped, about 1/4 medium fruit1/4 cup cucumber slices, about 2-3 slices1/4 medium bell pepper, seeded and choppedFreshly ground black pepper1 tsp craisins1 teaspoon sunflower kernels
Directions
Toss vegetables together and top with the remaining ingredients.
