PB2 Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
PB2 powdered peanut buttersugarbrown sugarcorn syrupwhole wheat floureggsalt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 1 baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium-sized bowl, cream together both types of sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, salt, corn syrup, water and PB2. Beat until smooth. Add flour, beating until mixture is well combined. Dough will be very sticky. Drop tablespoon-sized balls onto prepped baking sheet. Press top of each cookie with a fork to make parallel lines; flattening cookies to about 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick. Bake cookies for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and transfer to a rack to cool. Yields about 12cookies. Store in airtight container.
