White Bean Chicken Chili

1 Chicken breast, skinned, deboned and diced1 tbsp Olive oil1 can Chickpeas - rinsed1 can Navy beans - rinsed1 can black beans - rinsed2 cans Diced Tomatoes, no salt addedSmall onion chopped3 cloves garlic crushed/diced2 tbsp Chili powder1 tbsp Paprika
Heat the olive oil, saute the onion and garlic in a dutch oven. Add the diced chicken, stir until browned. Open the cans of legumes and rinse them well. Add the beans cans of tomatoes and spices. Stir well and let simmer 30 minutes.
