4 Carrots slicedPork Loint 400g cut into cubesJar Of Adli's Spanish Chicken1 tbsp of oil to seal the meat (replace with water if desired)
Directions
Seal the meat
Put the carrots in the slow cooker (or oven proof dish)
Put the meat on top
Pour in sauce
Cook in slow cooker
