Sunday Lunch Stew

Ingredients
-500 grams chicken breast -1.5 cup Gravy (I used Bisto low salt) -1 large onion -1 can peas (optional) -3 cups sliced mushrooms
Directions
Saute chicken and onions. Add mushrooms and peas once chicken is cooked. Add gravy and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes about 3 good sized dinners
