Orecchiette Alla Rustica

Ingredients
1 lb. orecchiette pasta (tiny disc shaped pasta)2 tbsp. olive oil3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced1 can cannellini beans, not drained1/3 cup, pitted, black olives, cut in half1/2 cup parsley1/2 cup roasted dried red peppersblack pepper to taste1/4 cup romano cheese
Directions
1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
2. Meanwhile heat oil in large skillet. Saute garlic till golden. Add beans with liguid, olives, 1/2 the parsley and all the red peppers. Mix; cook till hot.
3. Transfer 1/2 cup cooking water from pot to skillet; add rest of parsley and black pepper to taste. Add drained pasta, toss to mix and coat pasta. Remove to serving bowl or plates; Sprinkle with cheese.
