Wilted Lettus Salad

Ingredients
5 slices of bacon (chopped)6 tblsp cider vinegar1 tblsp water1 tsp sugar3 stalks green onion (chopped fine)4-5 cups Leaf Lettus (torn)Salt and Pepper
Directions
Tear lettus and add chopped green onion. Cook chopped bacon until crispy leave in pan and let cool to warm, add sugar, vinegar and water. Reheat until hot. Pour over lettus. Salt and pepper to test.
