Simple Mediterranean Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
1 large cucumbers 1/2 small red onion 1 small tomato 1 lemon (juice of) salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Slice cucumber and onion, and dice the tomato.
Add ingredients into a large salad bowl and dress with a squeeze of lemon juice and sprinkle some salt and pepper on top.
Mix until evenly distributed and serve!
