Colorful Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
4 cups green cabbage, shredded. I chop it.3 cups red cabbage, shredded.1/2 cup green onion, thinly sliced.1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced.1/2 cup cider vinegar5 packages of artificial sweetener or to taste.1 tsp of black pepperChop, mix, store and eat. Yummy and healthy
Directions
Chopping. I use my Vidalia chop wizard. It's fast and easy to clean up.
