Ingredients
16oz frozen cornHam Bone2 Celery Stalks Diced1 can Diced Tomatoes4 cups water or broth I used mushroom broth2 cups red beans3 Russet potatoes Cubed1 large onion Diced
Directions
Place the water or broth in a slow cooker."you can use 6 chicken bullion cubes but I used a mushroom broth" Add the ham bone, beans, corn Diced potato, diced onion, and diced celery. Salt and pepper to taste. I did not salt or pepper this and it came out excellent.
