Migas with Sausage

Ingredients
Ingredients:*GV Pure Vegatable Oil (1 tbsp), 3 serving Egg, fresh, 5 large sausage-Jimmy Dean original Pork sausage, 5 oz Tortilla Chips (12 chip serving), 2 serving Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Bell pepper - green, .33 cup Cumin powder, .25 tsp Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato, 3 serving
Directions
Heat oil in skillet add chips, onions, tomatoes and peppers fry until onions translucent. Remove and place on a paper towel covered plate to soak up the grease. Crumble sausage until brown, drain grease, put sausage back in skillet. Beat the eggs, then scramble them in the skillet. When almost done add everything back in skillet and mix together.
