.5 cup ButterOnion1/4 cup Flour1 can Chicken Broth4 oz Cream Cheese1 can Chicken1.75 Shredded Cheese1 can Sweet Corn6 Tbsp Salsa6 Flour Tortillas
Melt butter and cook onion. Add flour, cook 1 minute. Slowly add chicken broth and cook 2-3 minutes. Add cream cheese and stir until melted. Add chicken, 1/2 cup cheese, sweet corn. Stir and add 1/3 cup to each tortilla, roll tortilla and place seam side down in greased 13x9 in pan. Pour remaining mix over tortillas and add rest of shredded cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with a little salsa.
