Impossibly Easy Mini Cheeseburger Pies

Ingredients
Ground Beef Mixture:1 lb. ground beef1 large onion chopped1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon garlic salt1 cup shredded cheddar cheeseBaking Mixture:1/2 cup milk1/2 cup pancake mix1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.

Cook beef and onion over medium-high head 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Cool 5 minutes; stir in worchestershire sauce, garlic salt and cheese.

In a medium bowl, stir baking mixture ingredients with whisk or for until blended. Spoon 1 scant tbsp baking mixture into each muffin cup. Top with about 1/4 cup burger mixture. Spoon 1 tbsp baking mixture onto burger mixture in each muffin cup.

Bake for about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with garnish of ketchup, diced tomatoes and/or mustard.
