Kielbasa Stew

Ingredients
12 oz Polska Kielbasa, sliced5 medium carrots, sliced2 medium onions, chopped5 medium potatoes, cubed1 beef bouillon cube1 cup water2 tbsp basil1/4 tsp coriander1 tsp ground savory1/2 tsp paprika1/4 tsp celery seed
Directions
Brown kielbasa in a tsp of lite olive oil. While browning, dissolve the bouillon cube in 1 cup water. After kielbasa is browned, add spices, bouillon, and vegetables. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or unti vegetables are tender. Mix together 1 tbsp corn starch and 1/2 cup water. Stir into stew to thicken.
