Muffin Tin Turkey Loafs

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground trukey1 cup cooked white rice1 tsp poultry seasoning2 slices Weight Watchers whole wheat bread2 tsp honey mustard1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, form into 12 balls and press into 12 muffin tins. Bake in 350 oven for approximately 20 minutes, remove from oven and drizzle each loaf with additional honey mustard and bake for 10 mins longer.
