Lowfat Curry Dressing

1 Cup Water2 Tsp Corn Starch1/4 Cup Red Wine Vinegar2 Tsp Lemon Juice2 Tsp Soy Sauce1 Packet Splenda1 Tsp Dry Mustard1 Tsp Curry Powder1/2 Tsp Lemon Pepper1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
Add the water and corn starch to a 1 quart sauce pan, and whisk until lumps are gone. Over a medium heat keep whisking until the mixture comes to a low boil. Keep whisking during the low boil for one minute. Set aside and let cool.
Add the remaining ingredients to a jar, and shake until all the spices are well blended. Add 2/3 cup of the cooled cornstarch mixture, and shake until well blended.
Serving Size: Makes about 8 (2-Tbsp) servings.
