Beef bone soup

Ingredients
16 cups water2-3 soup bonesapprox. 30ounces of beef2cups organic green beans2cups organic cauliflower2cups butternut squash2cups peeled red potatos1cup diced organic onion3+garlic cloves, diced or halvedMild misolacto-fermented red cabbage (I use Ruby Kraut)
Directions
Boil soup bones, organic beef cut with a bone in, and water for 2-3 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add vegetables and cont. simmer/boil for 20-30 minutes (can boil onions longer, but squash less).

Add 2tsp miso to the individual 2 cup serving. When soup has cooled a bit add the lacto fermented red cabbage (Ruby krout)
