Vegan chocolate-chip chocolate cake

Ingredients
1 1/3 cups Flour1 cup Sugar1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa powder1 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Salt1 cup Water1/3 cup Corn oil1 tsp Vinegar3/4 tsp Vanilla extract1/2 cup semi-sweet Chocolate chips
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add liquid ingredients, except the chocolate chips, one by one mixing with an electric hand mixer.
After the batter is thoroughly mixed, mix the chocolate chips into it with a big spoon.
Pour into a medium sized baking pan lined with oil and flour.
Bake in a warm oven on medium heat for 25 minutes.
Let cool. Cut into 20 squares.
