Berry, Lemon and Chocolate Chip Cake using Hermesetas Granulated

Ingredients
250 g unsalted butter 1 cup dark chocolate chips1 cup frozen berries 2 cubes of lemon juice1 tsp natural vanilla essence333g Hermesatas granulated or Stevia4 eggs 2 cups of SR Flour
Directions
Melt Butter, Chocolate Chips and vanilla essence together, stir in berries and lemon juice and then add eggs, beat together, then fold in flour and Hermesatas granulated sugar substitute, beat again for a few minutes and then place into round cake tin.
Cook in oven 160c.

Serving Size: 1 round cake cuts into 12 pieces
