Hearty High Protien Soup

1 Chopped Smoked Turkey Breast1 Bag of White Beans1 Cup Dried Seaweed20 Cups Chicken or Vegetable Stock1/4 Cup Organic Seasoning1 Large Maui Onion6 Large Cloves of Roasted Garlic3 Cups Carrot Puree4 Large Roasted Bell PepersSalt and Pepper to Taste6 TBS Olive Oil
Makes approx 20 1 cup servings and can be broken down and frozen once cooked.
Cook beans by boiling in water untill tender. Drain and set aside.
Sautee garlic and onions in olive oil until transparent. Add carrot puree, roasted bell pepper, seasoning and turkey. Simmer untill heated through and flavors are released. Add broth and beans continue on low simmer. Finally add seawood turn off heat, cover and let stand for about 10 min before serving.
Additonal broth may be added to weaken. Different vegetable can be added either in puree form or whole. Endless possibilities
