Ginger Protein Pancake

Ingredients
1/4 Oatmeals2 tbsp bulgur2 tbsp flax meal1/2 Scoop of Whey Protein (plain or vanilla)1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ginger1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt1 tbsp of Blackstrap Molasses3 egg whites
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. I put mine through the food processor for better texture. Cook over medium on stove top.

Serving Size: 1 large pancake or 2 small ones
