2 Cups Old-fashion whole grain rolled Oats1/4 C. Flax meal1tsp. Baking Powder1Tbls. Cinnamon1 Cup Egg Whites1 Banana1 Zucchini1tsp. Vanilla extract
Directions
In Blender grind oats, flax, baking powder, Cinnamon till oats are finely ground, add 1 Cup Egg Whites, 1 Fresh Zucchini, 1 Banana and blend till smooth..

Scoop batter into Waffle iron - Cook and serve with fresh fruit :)
