Ingredients
Pizza Dough (1/8 serving - 8 servings)Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Mozzarella, part skim Shredded Cheese, 1 cup Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Mushrooms, fresh, .25 cup, slicesOnions, raw, .25 cup, sliced in stripsBell Pepper - Red, 2 oz sliced in stripsParsley, dried, 1 tspOregano, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
If desired let dough rise for about 5 hours.
Saute vegetables until soft with olive oil.
Drizzle pizza pan or stone with olive oil.
Spread the dough out on pizza pan or stone.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly on the dough.
Spread the cheese over the sauce.
Evenly spread the sauteed vegetables and add seasonings.
Bake on 375 for 25 minutes or until cheese begins to brown.
