Ingredients
1# ground turkey1 15 oz can Mexican style petite diced tomatoes (do not drain)1 15 oz can pinto beans (do not drain)1 15 oz can whole kernel corn (do not drain)1 1.25 oz. package taco seasoning5.5 oz. can V-8 juice
Directions
Brown the turkey and drain off the fat. Put it and all other ingredients into a crockpot. Cook 4-6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high. Add your favorite toppings when serving, but be sure to add the nutritional information for them.
