1/8 c. Corn Flour5/8 c. Amaranth Flour1/4 c. Quinoa Flour1 T. Flaxseed Meal2 t. Sugar2 t. Baking Powder1/8 t. Salt7/8 c. Almond Milk (Unsweetened)1/4 c. Vegetable Oil3 T. Water1/4 t. Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix together all ingredients and place batter in a preheated, greased waffle iron. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until they can be removed in one piece.
