Primal Italian Wedding Soup

Onions, raw, 1 smallGround beef, lean, 4 ozItalian Sausage Ground Sausage 2 ozEgg, fresh, 1 large, lightly beatenAlmond flour, 1/4 cupDried Basil, 1 tspOnion powder, 1/2 tspChicken Broth, 5 3/4 cupSpinach, fresh, 2 cup, choppedCauliflower florets, raw, 1 cupCarrots, raw, 1/3 cup, choppedParmesan Cheese, grated, 1/4 cupBlack pepper, to tasteOptional: Shredded Italian cheese blend
1. In medium bowl combine, meat, egg, almond flour, parmesan cheese, onion, basil & onion powder; shape into 3/4" balls.
2. In large sauce pan, heat broth to boiling; stir in spinach, cauliflower florets, carrot & meatballs.
3. Return to boil; reduce heat to medium.
4. Cook at slow boil for 10 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.
5. Stir frequently to avoid sticking.
6. Serve with black pepper and additional Parmesan/Italian cheese sprinkled on top.
