Matar Paneer

Ingredients
Peas, frozen, 450 grams Deep Paneer 1/2 pack cubedYogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup (8 fl oz) *Canola Oil, 4 1tsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped *Coriander seed, 1 tbsp Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp
Directions
Heat oil and fry onions until soft. Add the spices and tomatoes and yogurt and cook until tomatoes are soft. Add cubed paneer , peas , salt and two cups of water.Bring it to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
