*FISH - Mahi Mahi, 16 oz (remove) Onions, raw, .5 large (remove) *Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields (remove) Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove) Salt, 1 dash (remove) Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove) *Canola Oil, .12 cup (remove) *Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch, 8 serving (remove) Cabbage, red, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove) *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 6 tsp (remove) Sour Cream, 8 tbsp (remove)
Mix the onion, lemon in a bowl. Season with cilantro, salt and pepper. Heat a grill or stovetop grill until hot. Drizzle a light coating of oil over fish and rub on the spice. Cook the fish for 4 minutes on each side. Remove. Warm the tortillas on the grill for 1-2 mins or wrap in damp paper towels and microwave for 1 minute until warm and pliable. Break fish into chunks and divide among the warm tortillas. Top with cabbage and onions and finish with sour cream. Serve with lime wedges.
