Pork & Veggie stew

Ingredients
5 lbs of Pork loin, cubedSnow Peas, fresh, 3.25 cupCarrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped Tomato Sauce, 1 cup Goya Sazon, 1 - 2 packettesSalt, 2 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp Water, tap, 1 cup or more for liquid10-15 Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed )3 cubes of Cilantro Mix
Directions
Combine Cilantro mix, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and water in a large pot. Add the pork and olives and cook for 20 - 30 minutes over a low to medium heat and to cook the pork through. Add vegetables and continue to cook until they are cooked to your liking.
