Cauliflower Faux Potato Salad ( low carb )

Ingredients
Hard Boiled Egg, 2 large Red onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbsp Salt, 1 dash Pepper, black, 1 dash Cauliflower, cooked, 2 cup (1" pieces) Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup
Directions
Boil the eggs ( approx 8 mins).
Chop the onion and then cauliflower into smaller pieces.
Once egg has cooled down, chop the egg into small pieces. Mix everything together with mayo and flavor with salt and pepper.
