Kellogg's All-Bran Muffins (low fat & low calorie)

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour2 tbsp splenda1 tbsp baking powder1/4 tsp sea salt2 cups All-Bran cereal1 1/4 cup skim milk2 egg whites2 tbsp vegetable oilvegetable cooking spray
Directions
Mix flour, splenda, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In large bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let stand for about 5 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and oil. Add flour mixture , stirring only until combined. Portion batter evenly into twelve 2.5 in muffin cups coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
