Dr. Gott's oatmeal pancakes (no flour, no sugar)

2 cups old fashioned oats1.5 tsp baking powder.5 tsp baking soda.25 tsp cinnamonpinch of salt.5 cup liquid egg substitute1 cup low fat yogurt1 cup low fat milk2 packettes stevia.5 tsp vanilla extract
In medium bowl, combine oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
In a large bowl, whisk together egg substitute, yogurt, milk, stevia, and vanilla extract. Slowly whisk the dry mix in. Let mix stand for 20-30 minutes.
Spray a nonstick pan with canola oil spray and heat over medium heat. Pour batter by 1/4 cup at a time into skillet and cook until bubbles form on top, about 2 minutes, then flip over and cook the other side for about 2 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 12 pancakes
