Gluten free Granola Bars oat and honey

Ingredients
1/3 cup Honey 1/3 cup Peanut Butter (or almond butter etc)1/3 cup butter spread ( or 1/4 oil)1 egg1/2 tsp vanilla extract2-1/2 cups rolled oats (GF)1/4 cup craisins (I use pomegranate)couple hand fulls of slivered almonds (crush as you add them)I threw a few chocolate chips in too for my boyfriend but these are entirely optional.
Directions
In sauce pan melt down honey butter and and peanut butter. When it gets to a "mini" boil add vanilla. Remove from heat.
Mix together the dry ingredients.
Beat an egg.
Combine everything.
Bake 350* 15min on a 9x13 pan cover in parchment paper (NOT WAX PAPER! OMG! NOT WAX PAPER - I'm choking the smell!)
COOL COMPLETELY.
