Ingredients
1.5 lb Round Steak1.5 lb Boneless, Pork 1 can mushrooms, drained & rinsed1.5 green bell pepper1 jar diced Pimentos2 large cans of tomato puree1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Slice steak & pork into thin strips and brown in 2tbsp. Olive Oil.
Add remaining ingredients and cook partially cover for 4 hours (or longer, I like to cook mine all afternoon because it smells so good!)
Stir frequently to prevent sticking.
Serve over wide noodles (like bow ties) or rice
