Chicken and Turkey Sausage Soup

Ingredients
1 bag frozen chopped green bell peppers1 bag frozen ilalian green beans1 bag Mirepoix blend1 can Fire Roasted Tomatoes1 can Diced Tomatoes, no salt added8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs cut in 1.5 inch chunks6 links Sweet or Hot Italian Turkey Sausage1 tbsp creole seasoning2 cups low sodium chicken broth
Directions
Place frozen vegetables on bottom of a 5 or 6 quart slow cooker. Place chicken and sausaes on top of vegetables; sprinke with creole seasoning. Top with broth and tomatoes with their juice. Cover and cook until chicken, sausages, and vegetables are fork-tender, 4-5 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low
