Directions
saute garlic chopped,chopped onion,chopped red pepper in olive oil
mean time sprinkle salmon wit california garlic and spray with olive oil spray. cook till brown and flakes with a fork. Do Not Over Cook.
When garlic and onion are slightly brown add Sundried tomatoes, Shitaki mushrooms wine and 1/2 the lemon and capers. Saute five minutes add raw spinach cook till spinach is wilted add the rest of the lemon. remove from heat. spoon equal amounts over Salmon.
