Basil Feta Hummus

Ingredients
2oz feta (I used fat free)1 15 oz of chick peas, rinsed2oz fresh basil leaves6-8 T (1/2 cup) olive oil1 Tablespoon lemon juiceSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a food processor, combine basil, feta and chickpeas until roughly blended. Drizzle in oil a little at a time as you thorouhly blend. Scrape edges as needed. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend.

Serving Size: Makes just over a cup. About 16 1-tablespoon servings
