Super Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup light vanilla soymilk1 T flax seed meal1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened blueberries1/2 cup oatmeal1 medium banana1/2 t ground cinnamon
Directions
Add the oatmeal to a blender and blend until oatmeal is cut up a little bit. Add all the other ingredients and work the blender until desired consistency.
