Carrots, raw, 4 mediumApples, fresh, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia)Lemon juice, 1 tbspAlmonds, .25 cup, slicedRaisins, .5 cup, packedHoney, 2 tbsp
Directions
In a bowl, combine the carrots, apple, lemon juice, honey, almonds, salt and pepper. Toss and chill before serving.
