Bacon-wrapped Egg Cups

Ingredients
12 slices pre-cooked Bacon (I'm using the Hormel bacon from Costco)8 large eggs1 cup nonfat milk (regular or lactose-free)1/4 cup onions, choppedpepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Grease standard-size muffin tin w/ PAM.
Place one slice of bacon around the inside of each muffin tin cup.
Scramble eggs and milk and pour equally into muffin cups.
Sprinkle onions equally into cups and pepper to taste.

Bake for 30min.
